This workshop gives you tools you can use in daily life to help yourself and others.  I've been teaching this class since 2000, and it still continues to impress me with its capacity to help people help themselves.  You will practice with other students online so that you cultivate distant healing as well as hands-on skills. For well-being, inner and outer balance, and a deeply foundational support, this class is simply wonderful.  And it helps you feel better physically, too.   You will learn how to cultivate Life Force Energy and offer help to yourself, family or friends, animal, plants and trees, the earth, your business, your life.  No energy-work experience is needed.
