Welcome to Self Created Health.  Even though the times posted for this class are in Hawaii time zone, you can easily attend if you are on the US Mainland or Canada, or elsewhere.  For ex:   noon Hawaii = 3 pm Pacific daylight time = 6 pm Eastern daylight time.  Each class lasts 5 hours (including break times) so if you are in any of these time zones, you might be able to fit this into your schedule.
