Hello,

I am a qualified Quantum Touch Practitioner and an Anusha Energy Healing Master. I work from my home in South Buckinghamshire, just a short train journey from Central London. I offer distant healing if preferred.

I am passionate about helping people and about using Life-Force Energy to restore balance in body and mind. I discovered energy healing in my own search for relief from allergies, asthma and other long-term ailments, the symptoms of which were being kept at bay using conventional medicine. Since these ailments did not develop until I reached school age I was curious as to whether there was connection to the idea of how safe I felt out in 'the world'. As I noticed my children develop similar ailments so began my questioning about the relationship between our emotions, personalities and our health and my research into the ways in which we can become more aware of the root cause of our ailments and learn ways of empowering ourselves.

People that I have worked with have been surprised at the effectiveness of such a gentle technique and many have commented that they have felt a sense of peace and of being held during the session whilst physical or emotional issues have released. 

I believe that we heal ourselves when we let go of everything that is not true to us. Life should be fun and when our lives are out of balance or stagnating our bodies often reflect this. As we look to healing our bodies and minds we often find that our lives naturally reorient and we can see the blessing as we reflect or 'join the dots backwards' (Steve Jobs).
