Healing the Whole Self

One of my favorite things about energy healing is the inner worlds it leads us to – it is vast and endless. Part of my suspicion of why energy healing is so successful where other modes fail is because it includes so much more than the physical and mental body. We take the spiritual, energetic, and etheric bodies, etc. into account. If someone looks just with their eyes, they may say the invisible bodies are made-up, but does a fish know it’s in water? Does the sea know it’s the sea?

Is it just the Placebo Effect?

Someone asked me a cool question the other day: how do you know energy healing isn’t just the placebo effect? I love this question because if it was just a placebo—fantastic! How incredible that through belief alone, the body could heal!

The second thing I’d say to that is, I’ve sometimes worked on people remotely without them knowing with incredible results. Either a parent hired me to work on a child, or someone expressed distress over social media asking people to send them love.

Two such cases occurred during Covid “lock-down” when I had a lot of time on my hands and practiced energy healing non-stop. I would take breaks occasionally and visit social media to get a glimpse of what was up in the world beyond my front door.

Directing Prayers and Love into One Large Tunnel of Light

The first case was with a somewhat famous musician who had facial and eye surgery due to a degenerative disease. She posted pictures online, requesting love and prayers for speedy healing. Combing through the comments, an outpouring of positive energy streamed forward. It was late at night when I encountered this post, so I did energy work on her for about a half hour and then went to bed.

That night, I had a dream, in which I was still working on her but it was more in the capacity of directing all the prayers, love and energy of her fan base towards a gigantic tunnel of light, all streaming towards her. It was super cool and I woke up feeling awed and jubilant.

A day or two later she publicly shared on her Instagram, how she was feeling so much better and posted pictures in which she looked a million times better. Commenters remarked on this and seemed astonished at how rapid her healing was.

I want to take a moment to appreciate this, how the energy knew where to go, and sometimes all it takes is an intention, and the results are beyond imagination. Sometimes all it takes is a seemingly small action on our part and worlds change—we don’t know how far our love can go because it's infinite—into source itself.

From Depression to Feeling Hopeful Again

My second story takes place online, as well, where a young pop-star complained how depressed she was feeling, and in the pictures that accompanied her post, she looked quite unwell for her light seemed dimmed. So, I decided to do some energy work on her.

Again, the question begs to be asked, don’t you need to get permission? It really depends on the circumstances, but because there is no pushing involved or forced change and the person’s inner healer is choosing whether they want to accept this offering—there seems to be no conflict in my opinion—especially when they’re publicly expressing their distress.

A day or two after the session, I checked social media and the pop-star had written a post how she was feeling so much better! She found it difficult to express in words, but how she suddenly felt a light presence the other night and now she felt she could change and felt very hopeful for the future.

I was so touched and kind of flabbergasted by this. It really made me realize the power of energy healing—even when it’s unknown to the subject. Light is light and soul recognizes soul. “Your love goes so much further than you can ever know.”
