My own journey began in 1995, after a life-changing experience in Australia and New Zealand opened my eyes to a different kind of healing—one that works with the body, not against it. That path led me to train in Reiki and eventually to discover Quantum-Touch®—a method that felt like coming home.

Quantum-Touch is a gentle yet powerful approach that works with your body’s natural life force energy to support healing from within. Through this work, I help clients
