Hello, beautiful souls, and welcome.

My name is Jovita, and I am a Certified Quantum-Touch® Practitioner, professional massage therapist and cosmetologist based in Lincolnshire, United Kingdom.

I feel truly blessed and deeply grateful that I had the opportunity to learn directly from the wonderful Karina Grant - a truly inspiring teacher and woman. I am honoured that my path in Quantum-Touch® has been shaped through her guidance, and I look forward to continuing to learn, grow and deepen this work.

For more than 16 years, I have worked closely with people through professional touch, body and facial therapies, relaxation and wellbeing practices.

Over those years, I have learned that no two people are the same.

Behind every body is a life.
Behind every face is a story.
And every person deserves to be approached as an individual.

My work brings together professional experience, intuitive awareness and energy practice.

As a Quantum-Touch® Practitioner, I offer both in-person and distance sessions, working with people in the United Kingdom and internationally.

I approach each session with presence, care and respect. My intention is to create a supportive space where a person can deeply relax, reconnect with themselves and experience the session in their own unique way.

My professional background also includes therapeutic and relaxation massage, lymphatic techniques, Kobido facial massage, Buccal massage, Gua Sha and natural facial and body practices.

From many years of hands-on experience, I developed my own signature approach:

Jovita Flow Lift.

It brings together touch, facial and body techniques, deep relaxation and energy work into one deeply personal experience.

But there is another part of my journey that is equally important to me.

My hands found their own language. And so did my words.

I wrote poetry when I was young, but for many years that creative part of me became quiet. Life moved on, and so did I.

Something began to change after I crossed the age of fifty.

It felt as though parts of myself that had been waiting quietly for years began to awaken.

I became increasingly aware of the sensitivity and energy I could feel through my hands. My intuition deepened. And at the same time, words began to return to me with an intensity I had never experienced before.

Poetry began to flow again.

Then came lyrics.
Songs.
Meditations.
Stories.

Sometimes the words seem to arrive faster than I can write them down.

What touches me most is what happens when those words reach other people. Readers have told me that my poetry and writing have moved them to tears, awakened memories and emotions, or expressed something they themselves had felt but could never put into words.

That is when I understood that creativity, intuition and my work with energy are not separate parts of my life.

They are different expressions of the same part of me.

Today I write poetry, lyrics, songs and meditations inspired by real human lives - by love, loss, gratitude, courage, hope and the extraordinary stories hidden inside seemingly ordinary people.

I also create personalized meditations, written especially for one individual and shaped around their own story, emotional world and personal intention.

For me, connection can happen in many ways.

Sometimes we reach another human being through touch.

Sometimes through energy.

Sometimes through silence.

Sometimes through words that arrive at exactly the right moment.

And sometimes through music.

I believe that each of us carries gifts that may reveal themselves at different stages of our lives.

Some gifts do not arrive early.
Some wait until we are ready to recognize them.

My own path has revealed itself through my hands, intuition, words and creativity.

And I continue to learn.

I continue to explore.

I continue to grow.

I see the whole person.
