Hello,

My name is Tammy. I grew up in a small town and played all the sports, had friends, and kept grades up. I got my degree in MIS and worked in IT. I got laid off and went back to school to become a massage therapist. I have loved my career ever since.

Although, something was missing.  A friend from work introduced me into energy work. That was when Quantum Touch came into my life. I took the classes and did the work (still doing the work). I had finally felt like I belonged. I love what I do!!!!

Some of my hobbies include; traveling, mountain bike/ trail riding, gravel biking, triathlons, kayaking, hiking, paddle boarding, and being with family and friends. Last but not least finding time for myself out in nature.

I am a Quantum Touch Practitioner and certified in Massage (MBLEX), Myofascial Release, Myofascial cupping, Kinesiology Tape (KT), and a Personal Trainer specializing in nutrition and pre and post-natal health/workouts.
