It’s an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey. As an empath, I am deeply attuned to energy. I can sense imbalances and intuitively identify areas of the body that need focused attention. My specialty lies in grief and emotional healing, and I believe that by addressing the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being, we unlock the body’s natural ability to heal on a physical level. Healing, in my experience, is like peeling back the layers of an onion—each layer revealing deeper areas in need of nurturing and transformation.

I understand grief intimately. The loss of my grandparents, father, mother, brother, and most profoundly, my beloved son, have shaped who I am today. Each of these experiences has strengthened my intuitive gifts and deepened my calling to help others. Through Quantum Touch, I have supported many grieving parents, spouses, and children in finding peace and healing. During our sessions, I often receive messages from my guides and angels, which I share when divinely guided, always for the highest good of the client. Every session is unique, tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

Together with my husband, Ricardo de Govia, I teach the Quantum Touch Level I Workshop, offering students the balanced perspective of both masculine and feminine energies. In addition to Quantum Touch, I offer Nutritional Live Blood Cell Analysis, Clinical Medical Thermography which provides insight into your cellular health, helping to uncover the root causes of imbalance. My sessions may also include chakra balancing and energizing, aura repair, and, when guided, channeled messages to support your healing journey. I offer both in-person and remote healing sessions.

My mission is to empower you with the tools to restore balance and harmony within. Healing is your birthright. The human body is inherently intelligent and capable of self-healing when supported properly. We work together to rediscover the vibrant, whole version of yourself that has always been within you.

* Paula is a very warm and available healer. From the onset, I felt that she was 'there for me. During my first session she was balancing my chakras and doing her energy healing. I felt such a warmth come over me. I began to cry uncontrollably. I released so much bottled up feelings that I just couldn't hold back any longer. She made me feel safe and told me that it was okay to release these feelings and not to hold back in any way. I did so freely. After the session I apologized as I just didn't know what came over me. Paula explained that I had a lot of emotional blockages which were released, much of which had to do with my childhood and my relationship with my father. She also explained that the emotional blockages can be a major block in my health challenges as well and that this was extremely important in the healing process. She explained that the emotions may continue throughout the week, and she was right.
