Give a Healing, Get a Healing

I want to share something that Quantum-Touch has taught me that I wasn't expecting.

When I started learning to work with Life Force Energy — to feel it, amplify it, direct it — something shifted in me that went way beyond the technique.

In Quantum-Touch, we work with Life Force Energy through resonance and entrainment. We use breathwork and body awareness to raise our frequency, and the person we're working with can entrain to that energy for their own healing. But here's what I didn't anticipate: every time I run the energy for someone else, I receive it too. Every single time.

That stopped me in my tracks.

Raising Your Vibration

When you learn Quantum-Touch, you learn to raise Life Force Energy within yourself. And because we are radiant, vibrating beings, we naturally entrain to the frequencies around us — this is already happening all the time. With Quantum-Touch, we learn how to consciously raise our frequency so that we become the stronger higher vibration, and our client's body entrains to that level. Their body then uses this abundance of energy for its own self-healing.

And here's what's important: we don't use our own energy. We channel Life Force Energy that is always available, always abundant. So just like our client's body gets to use that energy for their healing — our body does too.

Every time you give a session, you also receive a session.

This is a reciprocal relationship. This is abundance in action.

And once I felt this in my body, I began to see the same relationship everywhere — especially in nature.

The Abundance of Nature

There's a plant called sweetgrass, and the more it is harvested, the deeper it sends its roots and the more it grows. It actually thrives when it's being used. The more you take, the more it gives. 

In our garden, we bought ten bulbs of garlic from our neighbour a few years ago. We planted them in the fall, harvested in the summer, saved some to replant, and used the rest. Now, I have so much garlic I'm giving it away. It just keeps multiplying. And what really gets me is when the bulbs I stored in our dark basement started sprouting on their own — reaching toward life without anyone asking them to. There is an intelligence within that garlic that just knows how to grow. I can't stop its abundance even if I tried.

My daughter opened a bell pepper from our garden and discovered all the seeds inside. In her excitement she ripped open every pepper to see if they all had this many seeds. She came running over to tell me about "all the seeds in these seed packets!" She wanted to plant them all and grow more peppers.

And flowers — one flower goes to seed and produces hundreds of seeds. Plant those, and each one can produce hundreds of flowers, which each produce hundreds more seeds. One generation can multiply a thousandfold.

The abundance available to us in nature is staggering.

Our True Nature

So here's what became really clear to me: abundance is our true nature. It's not something we have to earn or chase. It's already here. It's already flowing.

The question is — do I believe I'm worthy of it? Will I take the time to be present with my body and listen? Will I connect within?

Because Life Force Energy is always available. Always. The only limiting factor is our own scarcity thinking — the belief that there isn't enough time, that we're not deserving enough, that we should save it, use less, hold back.

I see it in myself. When our kids want to use craft supplies, my first instinct is "save it, use this scrap piece instead." And they just look at me — because they don't know scarcity yet. They have an idea, they want to create, and they reach for what they need without hesitation. They don't know to hold back until someone teaches them to.

That awareness has been humbling. And beautiful.
