The Quantum-Touch Trademark and Copyright Policy was created with a balanced consciousness-based and business-based perspective. It is the highest desire of Quantum-Touch, Inc. that all individuals will meet with Quantum-Touch in a circle of integrity with respect to the trademark and copyright of the Quantum-Touch name, logo, programs, products, workshops, books, and materials.
Quantum-Touch is trademarked in the United States and one or more other countries by Quantum-Touch, Inc. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not use the Quantum-Touch name as part of a business name, website domain name, on printed materials, or any other usage without the express written consent of Quantum-Touch, Inc.
Unless otherwise noted, all materials produced by Quantum-Touch, Inc., including website content, Quantum-Touch logo, workshops, books, and products are copyrighted. You may not reproduce, redistribute or otherwise use any materials without the express written consent of Quantum-Touch, Inc. Also, you must obtain written consent of Quantum-Touch, Inc. to use the Quantum-Touch name and/or logo on products/merchandise.
Certified Quantum-Touch Level 1 Instructors, Certified Quantum-Touch Supercharging Instructors, Certified Quantum-Touch Level 2 Instructors, Certified Quantum-Touch Self Created Health Instructors, Certified Quantum-Touch Manifesting Miracles Instructors, and Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioners have the explicit written consent of Quantum-Touch, Inc to use the Quantum-Touch name, Quantum-Touch logo, and website content within the following guidelines:
Certified Level 1 Instructors
- Use the title Certified Quantum-Touch Level 1 Instructor
- Use Quantum-Touch name/logo/website content to:
- Advertise Live Level 1 Workshops
- Advertise Quantum-Touch Lectures/Demonstrations
- Advertise Quantum-Touch Healing Circles
- Promote a practice as a Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner
- Additional explicit written permission from Quantum-Touch, Inc is required to use Quantum-Touch as part of a business name or domain name.
Certified Supercharging Instructors
- Use the title Certified Quantum-Touch Supercharging Instructor
- Use Quantum-Touch name/logo/website content to:
- Advertise Live Level 1 Workshops
- Advertise Live Supercharging Workshops
- Advertise Quantum-Touch Lectures/Demonstrations
- Advertise Quantum-Touch Healing Circles
- Promote practice as a Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner

All usage of the Quantum-Touch name/logo/website content is required to include a reference to Quantum-Touch, Inc. The reference will include a link to the Quantum-Touch, Inc. website at www.quantumtouch.com. It is optional to include the phone number, 888-424-0041/(011) 310-984-6899.
If you are not a Certified Level 1 Instructor, Certified Supercharging Instructor, Certified Level 2 Instructor, Certified Self Created Health Instructor, Certified Manifesting Miracles Instructor, or a Certified Practitioner, please contact Quantum-Touch, Inc. at mail@quantumtouch.com for permission to use the Quantum-Touch name/logo/website content.
Generally, Quantum-Touch, Inc. is happy to grant permission to use the name and logo for promotional purposes.
