Shipping Info
- Orders are shipped within 24-hours after the order is placed (excluding weekends or holidays). Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
- For special delivery instructions (i.e. no signature at delivery) please call Fed Ex USA at 1-800-463-3339 or Fed Ex Int'l at 1-800-247-4747. For other order issues, please call the Quantum-Touch at 888-424-0041 or 310-984-6899.
- All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Wilson, NC, USA.
- Fed Ex does not deliver packages to a P.O. Box.
- Customer assumes responsibility for any/all applicable customs/duties fees
- International orders may take 4-6 weeks to arrive due to clearance into a country and/or the customs process. For faster delivery, please choose FedEx International Trackable.
Return Policy
Approved returns accepted within 30-days from the date of purchase. Authorization required for all returns. Please contact Customer Service for return authorization.
Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional charge.
Credit will be issued:
- For authorized returns only
- Upon receipt, and after inspection, by our fulfillment center
- For the cost of the product only (excluding shipping fees – unless the item is defective)
A 15% restocking fee for all Domestic orders and a 50% restocking fee for all International orders will be charged for packages that are refused and/or returned to Quantum-Touch.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return Instructions Overview:
- Contact Customer Service to receive for an authorized return number and further return instructions. All returns are subject to prior approval by Quantum-Touch, Inc.
- Customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs for returned items. We recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking and indemnity, as Quantum-Touch, Inc. is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
- Please return products in their original packaging and with all original components.
Damaged/Defective Products:

- Items deemed damaged/defective will be replaced at no additional cost.
Books
All book sales are final and non-returnable.
Videos (VHS & DVD) and CD’s
You may return unopened VHS, DVD and CDs (still in the shrink wrap) within 30-days of the date of purchase for a full refund. Due to anti-piracy regulations, we are unable to accept opened (non-defective) returns for these items, as they can be copied.
Packages that include books will be refunded, minus the cost of the book. In order to obtain a refund on all other packages, all “Infopaks†and inserts must be returned with the Packages.
Apparel
You may return new (unworn or laundered) apparel within 30-days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Accessories & Misc.
You may return Mugs, Tote bags and Bumper Stickers within 30-days of the date of purchase for a refund as long as they are received in good retail condition.
