Live In-Person and Virtual Workshop Prohibited Behaviors

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any of the behaviors listed below. If you engage in any of the following, your registration will be revoked, with no refund, and you will be banned from future events.

  • Engaging in videography, photography, or media recording of any kind during sessions.
  • Being under the influence of alcohol during event hours.
  • Willfully interrupting the event experience for our attendees by causing a disturbance or jeopardizing the safety of our instructors or other participants.
  • Using licensed or copyright-protected images, audio, or videos from our events or products without our written permission. Note: doing so is illegal and enforceable by copyright law.
  • Being under the influence of mind-altering drugs, or soliciting/sharing these substances with other participants. Note: due to the lasting effects of some substances, this rule must be observed within 30 days of the start of the workshop – and continues through the duration of the workshop.

Live In-Person or Virtual Workshop Refund Policy

These policies are the minimum guidelines for refunds for Quantum-Touch Workshops. Individual instructors may have their own policies. Please check with your instructor before registering.

  • For registrations cancelled greater than 15 business days prior to a workshop, students will receive a refund of tuition paid, minus a $50.00 USD administrative fee.
  • For registrations cancelled between 14 and 10 business days prior to a workshop, students will receive a 50% refund of tuition paid, minus a $50.00 USD administrative fee.
  • For registrations cancelled 10 business days or less before the workshop, or if a student does not attend, no refund will be issued.
  • There is a $50 USD transfer fee for students wishing to transfer their registration from one workshop to another as long as the transfer is completed at least 15 business days before the workshop begins.
  • No refund requests will be honored during the workshop or after the workshop ends.

Shipping and Returns Policy for Physical Products

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 24-hours after the order is placed (excluding weekends or holidays).
  • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Wilson, NC, USA.
  • Fed Ex and USPS does not deliver packages to a P.O. Box.
  • Customer assumes responsibility for any/all applicable customs/duties fees
  • International orders may take 4-6 weeks to arrive due to clearance into a country and/or the customs process. For faster delivery, please choose FedEx International Trackable.

Returns Policy

Approved returns accepted within 30-days from the date of purchase. Authorization required for all returns. Please contact Customer Service for return authorization.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional charge.

Credit will be issued:

  • For authorized returns only
  • Upon receipt, and after inspection, by our fulfillment center
  • For the cost of the product only (excluding shipping fee unless the item is defective)

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Instructions Overview:

  1. Contact Customer Service to receive for an authorized return number and further return instructions. All returns are subject to prior approval by Quantum-Touch, Inc.
  2. Customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs for returned items. We recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking and indemnity, as Quantum-Touch, Inc. is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
  3. Please return products in their original packaging and with all original components.

Damaged/Defective Products:

  1. Contact Customer Service for return/exchange instructions.
  2. Items deemed damaged/defective will be replaced at no additional cost.
