Working with Menstural Pain

Healing is such a personal journey for each individual, and as a Quantum-Touch (and Wonder Method) Practitioner, I feel so honored every time I’m invited into this space. Each client I work with teaches me something new about myself and I get to play in the realm that I already naturally love. It is so cool being able to facilitate a space where clients are able to open up to life force energy, and getting to experience their healing journey alongside them.

I recently conducted six sessions for a client, Nadia, over a period of two months. She had come to me originally for debilitating pain related to her menstrual cycle. Each week, I watched her embrace the journey and dive-in wholeheartedly. Her commitment to healing was very inspiring and made her a true pleasure to work with. She really took responsibility for her health, was patient and had faith in the process, recognizing that sometimes things take time.

I heard about energy work in the book Quantum Touch: The Power to Heal by Richard Gordon. He has a website where we can look for certified practitioners if we want to use their services. I was looking for relief for my severe period cramps since conventional medicine doesn’t seem to have a cure for these symptoms without serious side effects. I searched near my location, and found an amazing practitioner, Chaya Silberstein. I met her first in person and immediately perceived her peaceful and soft spirit. Chaya is very caring, sweet and talented. She explained to me everything about what she was doing and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole session.

As soon as I sat in front of her, I felt her powerful energy all around me. I don’t have any spiritual background, so I was doubtful of my feelings and emotions, thinking they were a result of my imagination, however she was proving to me in every session her vast and unique healing skills.

Chaya is very professional, always on time, respectful and considerate. She is also very flexible and reassuring. I believe in God and I go to a Christian church occasionally. I asked her if I could say a prayer to Jesus in the beginning and end of each session. Chaya was open to my request, and she even reminded me a couple of times when I forgot to say my prayer.

Chaya is sensitive and nurturing; on one occasion I got disconnected from the energy flow and I was too shy to say anything, she noticed by herself and redirected the energy to make sure I reconnected again. She leads the session with a deep knowledge and a profound sense of empathy.

As we advanced in the number of sessions we addressed very painful and serious traumas that made me tired and lowered my energy levels. Chaya went out of her way to make sure that I ended the session on a high note and recovered emotionally. She is very smart, thoughtful and experienced. Every session was different and even better than the previous one. The next day after each session, I always felt lighthearted, relieved, energetic, happy and very hopeful of my future.

After several sessions I had my first period without pain. I could work—feeling a little bit tired but without pain for the first time in 4 years! I can’t express my immense gratitude for Chaya and her energy work. I have recommended her to my friends and family because she is a great blessing in my life. I feel it’s my responsibility to share my miraculous experience with other people so you can benefit from her spiritual gifts. Thank you, Chaya, for everything you have done for me.
