My experience of overcoming chronic fatigue through energy healing as a wellness tool changed my life.
Here is my story:
When I began struggling with Chronic Fatigue/Low Testosterone many years ago, I would've tried just about anything to get well - to feel hope. When I would be exhausted for an entire day after a 5 minute conversation, it was a constant struggle to conserve energy and stay even slightly aware of my surroundings. I had no capacity for inner voice. Despite how bloated I got and how tired I looked, many pushed me away and thought I was exaggerating or maybe faking it. At best they didn't understand and couldn't help. I felt isolated from others, powerless, and let down by every medical place I turned to for help. At one point I truly considered giving up on life instead of living the way I barely was. Now, I can talk as much as I want, think as much as I want, and I can even run regularly again! When before new tasks could overwhelm me, now they can be calmly and capably be considered. If someone surprises me now I can fully enjoy it even if it isn't always meant to be a "good" surprise. If I have a hard day, I know I can properly rest and recover and be ready for the next instead of needing a week to build myself back up.
