There is no greater gift than the gift of self, a gift I have used naturally over the years while practicing Reiki, Fascial and Swedish massage therapy.

I spent a year of re-rehabilitation following a motorcycle accident and used that time to focus on my recovery, always believing and visualizing myself healthy, and doing all the things I love again while practicing meditation and yoga.

My passion for wellness (mind, body & soul)kept me reading and searching for healing alternatives.

Life's perfect synchronicity brought me to discover, explore and practice Quantum Touch, propelling me forward to connect with the "healing energy", using my heart and hands to help myself and offer others a way to achieve optimal wellness.
