I just realized this week that my knees no longer hurt. They have been a problem for me since my first summer in drum corps in 1980.

What's the difference? In December I started working toward my practitioners license (so I began doing QT on a regular basis) and in February I began a daily 12 color meditation practice.

So in doing for others, I do for myself and in taking time for myself I have a noticeable difference in the way I feel in my daily life.

Love it!

It is interesting to notice the less obvious changes. When I started this process I wondered why people would want to work with a practitioner regularly or for general wellness.
I have been fortunate to have 2 ladies I have worked with during the past 3 months, one about 6 times and the other 12-15 times and they are both very good about noticing the differences beyond just the things we are focusing on. It is interesting to see how things we never thought of are changing for them.
And sometimes I think the clients that experience a big WOW result are kind of disappointed that all their results are not like that. Especially if the wow was their first exposure to QT.
I'm looking forward to seeing all the amazing possibilities that QT has to offer. Get Started With QT Now >
