We are energetic beings and we can learn to bring ourselves into greater harmony and balance as we are born with the innate ability to heal ouselves. Our mental, emotional and physical bodies are interconnected and rooted in our energetic essence. It is all about frequency, vibration and resonance. 

Quantum Touch teaches profound and powerful ways to raise our energy levels through a variety of breathing and body awareness techniques. With focused intention, awareness and breathwork,   we are directing, increasing and circulating life force energy. We can learn to reduce pain and inflamation, realign our bodies,  release emotional trauma, stress and other energetic blockages.We learn a variety of amazing, fun techniques to essentially play with energy! We also work with colour light frequencies  to activate our chakras. We can direct our energy beyond time and space heal our past and to create the future we desire in conscious ways.
