For a while now, I've been telling anyone who will listen that one of the greatest gifts I've ever given myself is the gift of Reiki. Lately, I've had to change that to "the greatest gifts I've ever given myself are the gifts of Quantum Touch & Reiki". 

I learned all three levels of Reiki in 1989/'90. In the early 2000s, I had the opportunity to learn Quantum Touch at a workshop here in St Louis. Although I didn't feel drawn to becoming a practitioner at that time, I incorporated the breathing & sweeping techniques. Then, in 2023, I felt drawn to jump back into Quantum TouchI was able to get into Level 1 class on the last two days of that year. What a wonderful way to say good-bye to the old year & herald in the new!
