I am very excited to share this powerful, simple, gentle and fun healing modality! 

  Our body has the ability to heal itself. We can learn about the nature of reality and ourselves.  A living intelligent, quantum field of consciousness lives with every cell of our bodies. Our mental, emotional, physical  bodies are interconnected and rooted in our energetic essence, our Spirit light body. Life Force Energy is the underlying source of all of creation. It flows through us and around us. 

Quantum Touch teaches profound and powerful ways to work with Life Force Energy,  to cultivate and raise our energy levels through a variety of breathing and body awareness practices, techniques and meditations. We can learn to reduce pain and inflamation, help to heal from injuries,  release and heal  from emotional traumas, stresses, anxieties. We can work with life source energy to release energetic blockages, old, distorted patterns and  limiting beliefs.

 We also work with colour light frequencies  to clear, cleanse,energize, balance, align, strengthen our energy centres or chakras. We can direct our energy beyond time and space to heal our past and to create the future we desire in conscious ways.
